Here’s some Tenkai Knights footage

This entire franchise has kind of snuck up on me. I honestly hadn’t heard of Tenkai Knights before writing up this article a few weeks back, and now the show is just days away from a broadcast premiere in the United States. The Canada-Japan co-production will launch on Cartoon Network sometime on August 24th. In support of that impending launch the franchise’s official Youtube channel uploaded our first real look:

It seems some 3D mini transforming robots are messing up a peaceful 2D world so obviously a group of kids have to put a stop to that! The 52 episode series is from Spin Masters, Shogakukan, and accalimed anime studio Bones. While previous Spin Masters shows like Redakai, and Bakugan had their voice acting recorded in Canada, it ,a href=”″>appears that Tenkai Knights will be done in the US. Speaking of which, no Canadian broadcast partner has been announced.

Now they must battle the evil Vilius and his henchmen to help save the world of Quarton.
