Show times for the first film can be found here. You’ll find the same info for the second film here. While Aniplex didn’t specify on what audio track will be attached to the films, given the US screenings used a subbed track, it’s safe to say it’ll be Japanese-only.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica follows the story of a 14 year old girl named Madoka Kaname. Madoka is offered the opportunity of gaining magical powers if she agrees to make a contract with a strange little being named Kyubey, Kyubey will also grant Madoka one wish, but in exchange she shall risk her life by accepting the responsibilities of fighting witches. Little does Madoka know what the real risks of making a contract has in-store for her.

Both Madoka Magica films recap the critically lauded 2011 anime series of the same name. A third film is set for theatrical release later this year in Japan, but there’s been no word on an international release as of yet.

If you’d like to try to win some tickets, Aniplex will be hosting a contest for them on the Madoka Magica Facebook page tomorrow.

Thanks to Fireboy for pointing this out!

Haha wow did not expect that.

Also worth mentioning, each theater will be giving a Madoka movie poster to the first few people into the auditorium. How many each theater will have I am unsure of. Theaters in the states got 20-30 posters for the second round of screenings (during the first round of screenings they went nuts and were giving them out to pretty much everyone), and I was under the impression the Canadian screenings would get about that same amount, but I have also seen mention that theaters will only have ~15 posters to give out. So if you want one you better get there early.
